“Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. ”

“When we first arrived in our room, we couldn't even open the sliding door to see the pool area (glimpses of it) and the flyscreen was ripped. I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. We couldn't be bothered going back to reception. The spa was out of action as it was getting repaired. We were looking forward to using that amenity. Lastly, we couldn't get to...

“The check in is code activated and the front desk doesn’t appear to have a permanent staffer. Other wise I was able to change rooms the following day that has a block out curtains with no fuss. Staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Great staff, huge room, huge bath with double sinks, double shower heads, deep jetted tub. Also two desks, a bistro table with 2 chairs as ell as desk chairs and a view of the river. Would definitely stay there again! Very comfortable king bed to top it off.”

“There are very basic amenities, no wifi, no hand towels, or lift. Towels were not fresh and had an odour. The whole place is run down, eerie and neglected. Staff are very nice though. ”
