“Lovely ”

“E' una struttura bella e confortevole, nuova e attrezzata per attività all'area aperta. Davvero bella la piscina. L'area in cui è collocata non offre molto, ma è vicinissima al centro commerciale e a pochi minuti di auto da Nelson Bay.”

“I lovred the fact it was clean, spacious and beach towels were provided. We did not need to ask reception. Loved the generous selection of teas. Found bed very comfortable. We hope to stay here longer next time.”

“Booked a Pool View room, but was allocated a room in the further most corner of the resort. You could see the pool in the distance so technically a "pool view" however this drew a very long bow considering the picture provided by WOTIF indicated an adjacent building "overlooking the pool. I get that WOITF does not allocate the rooms, howver dont get me to pay more for less. Better communication between booking agent & venue required as customer certainly feel betrayed. Would be hisitant again...

“It was clean and well presented”

“Staff were super friendly and helpful, easy to check in, parking was a breeze with paid parking at the hotel, 20 mins walking to honesuckle and theatre etc, new, clean, great selection buffet breakfast, room was clean, new facilities, loved that you got two pillows, one firm and one soft to choose from, mattress was nice and not warn out and lumpy, black out blinds. Lately every hotel I have stayed in has had noisy air conditioners, this one did not, so slept lovely! Definitely coming back.”
