“An employee hotel key card was used to enter my room while there was a do not disturb sign on the door. The person ran. When I reported it to the front desk they said I made it up and that it was not possible while giving me the meanest rudest attitudes I've ever experienced on vacation. I had to call the cops. Safety and Security at a Marriott should not be a worry while you are on vacation. Nor should rude hotel management covering up for their staff. ”

“Pros: Area is great, there is a bodega across the street and a must try food truck next door, 20 minute walk from escambron beach and old San Juan. Staff was mostly friendly. Pool is open 24 hrs. Parking lot is large and easily accessible. Cons: Incredibly limited in-room facilities, no microwave and no hair dryer. You have to walk half a block away to get into a building where you can use a microwave. Good luck getting a hot shower, on demand water heater rapidly changes from boiling hot water...

“We were disappointed when we arrived to see a room that did not reflect at all what is shown on the site. Towels were dingy, floor was dirty, the carpet runner in front of the bath room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The few dingy utensils there were we did not touch. We are experienced travelers and this felt like a thrird-world experience.
