“My stay at this apartment was simple and quaint. I was visiting for the Rauw Alejandro concert and decided to extend my stay. The hosts were attentive, kept in touch and offered complimentary housekeeping since I extended my stay. The housekeepers were wonderful, attentive, kind, and immaculate! The room is overall comfortable, I would recommend additional blanket or comforter options and more patio furniture incase there is a party of two or guests visiting etc. There was some construction...

“Great location and right on the beach! Perfect for our first night in San Juan. Easy to get downtown from hotel. The building is older but they are working on fixing it up. It was an affordable and met our needs. All the staff were friendly and helpful! ”

“It's an historical building in a historic area, its not going to be a modern hotel. It looks old and feels old...stairs are steep and elevator shakes. But it is an awesome properry with lots of.character. ❤️. Thoughtful amenities and a very comfy bed. One thing... there is no hot water service in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. Shower is served by a inline heater. Not the hottest, but good enough. Views from balcony are priceless. Parking can be tricky if you're driving. ”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. ”
