“There were some dirty towel siting on the shelve under the sink in the Bathroom. Nice to have two soap, one for hand wash and one for body wash in the shower. The pancake machine looked interesting but there’s no direction. I was shocked to receive the message says one free guest car parking per room a few days before. I would rather want to know before I make a reservation. Hotel was nice and clean and helpful front persons. It was a nice to have the complimentary breakfast. Thank you.”

“I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable.
