“Posto pulitissimo, camera spaziosa, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Unico neo: per andare a Nashville bisogna avere per forza la macchina (dista una ventina di minuti di superstrada). Colazione di altissimo livello!”

“This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at. The day I arrived they took my card for $50 an incidentals and never returned it when I checked out. I left my shoes behind and noticed about half an hour after I left. I called the front desk. The lady assured me she would hold onto them for me so that when I drove back two days later to catch my flight, I would stop by and pick them up. When I arrived back at the hotel, no one knew anything about it. Couldn’t find my shoes anywhere...

“Our stay was excellent the staff was amazing very friendly professional and helpful the hotel was very clean and and up to date fresh coffee was always available along with ice water in the lobby and the breakfast was amazing something for the entire family I will definitely recommend to our friends and family”

“The quality of this place has went downhill within the past few months(since our last stay) I think they are understaffed. The restaurant wasn’t opened the bartender didn’t show up so we walked to other places for a cocktail”

“Hotel itself was nice, updated and clean. Fourth floor had a smoking odor as exiting the elevator and staff was less than pleasant. Breakfast was ok, but I’ve had better at other Hilton hotels. Overall pleasant experience, just not what I would expect of a Hilton brand.”

“Room appeared clean upon arrival. Floor was sticky. Toliet did not work and coffee make broken as well. Bartender was not friendly and did not acknowledge we were there for at least 15 mins.”

“The stay was nice. I forgot to get the manager’s name, but she was great! Very helpful and she honored her word! The breakfast was really good. There are tons of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The reason I gave 4 stars, we needed extra wash cloths and we always had to wait and some of the cleaning staff were very rude! Overall, I would stay here again.”

“People out in the parking lot smoking marijuana and people out walking all the the parking lot and hanging around their vehicles. Hard time finding room. My wife and I DID NOT feel safe. Will not recommend”

“This hotel is run down and there are long term tenants who look like they’re on drugs. I witnessed a man come into a room with a book bag and he looked around very paranoid and when he left the room, he left with a suitcase. If that isn’t a drug deal in real time, I don’t know what is. The pool is covered and doesn’t work. The long term tenants are outside talking until 4 in the morning. I wish I had read an honest review like this prior to spending my money here. They also ask for a $20...
