“Posto pulitissimo, camera spaziosa, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Unico neo: per andare a Nashville bisogna avere per forza la macchina (dista una ventina di minuti di superstrada). Colazione di altissimo livello!”

“The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean ! The staff was friendly ! I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! ”

“Stayed here a few times a couple years ago and had a great experience. Last Tuesday it was the total opposite. The bar was not open, the staff that answered the phone to check on the hours of the bar was very rude and so was the receptionist. It is too bad because it was one of my fav hotels in TN!”

“The first room we were first provided had a terribly strong odor to it, and the hotel locks were broken and looked like someone had kicked in the door. We asked to be moved to a different room. That room also had a broken hotel lock, missing lightbulbs, dirty walls, and the door numbers were taped on the masking tape. “Whole place smelled like pot and cigarettes the tv did not work in room also the phone did not work missing cables was a hole in bathroom shower wall room felt dirty old French fry moldy on the floor looks like it has been there for months hot water takes 10 minutes to get hot highly not recommend this place I gotta see if I can get some type of refund from corporate not happy at all”
