“Rooms only got housekeeping services on the third day, disappointing. Sheets and towels only serviced on the third day, unless requested. Pool was closed for "maintenance". Restaurant had no dinner service - although it stated it had it on the website. The location was great, with beautiful views if you can get passed all of the bad things. Bar had good prices with decent service - not a happening place. The place should be a gold mine - they are doing something wrong - Management perhaps?”

“The hotel was wonderful. This brand-new resort offers excellent amenities, including mini golf, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, and a beautiful luxury bar and restaurant. It is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Skaneateles. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire property was well maintained and beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!”
