“The property was beautiful! The room was updated and the bed was comfortable. The floors creaked at night when the people in the room above us came in late but that was the only issue. They only had a very light continental breakfast and no hot items but there was a good variety and some delightful Danish. We ate there one morning and chose to eat out the next morning for a full breakfast. Very nice and very friendly service!”

“The bathroom was dirty. Dirt and grime at the corners of the shower and walls. Dirt around toilet. I don’t think this has been cleaned in months. No air conditioning I. Hallways. Only 1 elevator in operation. Ice machine also out of order. Restaurant closed on Sunday. Parking lot pot holed!”

“Easy parking. Walk to SU. Nicely renovated. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. After I checked-in at night, I asked the staff at the bar if I can put my mini ice pack in the freezer. She was very helpful and went extra miles to take my mini ice pack to the basement fridge. BTW. They have mini fridge in the room. In the morning, another lady at the front desk gladly and swiftly retrieved my mini freezer pack from downstairs upon my check-out. Had a nice night sleep after a hot shower.”
