“I stayed here last year as well and the place is overall very clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and both inside and outside the hotel were organized and well kept. I have another event next year the same weekend and will be looking to stay here again! Breakfast was delicious and hot. There was plenty of parking. Our room was immaculate when we checked in. We did not have room service come through during the weekend as we did not need anything. Thank you for another great stay!”

“As a Cornell University graduate, it was a pleasure to stay at the luxurious and far-famed Statler Hotel. As expected nonetheless much appreciated, all was impeccable. The staff was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. The one teensy thing I suggest adding is a night light for the bathroom. Getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom without light is a falling hazard. One doesn't want to turn on a bright light and a small dim light would be a great amenity. Everything else...

“We've been visiting this hotel for many years. It has a path in the back leading right to buttermilk falls State Park, which is huge highlight. But the hotel did change ownership in 2024, and it seems it's still finding it's stride since then. There were renovations last year, which we were excited to see. We found the resulting lounge well done but quite small. The lobby is nice but not a huge change. Seems they need to work on the rooms... our room needed a new shower fan and toilet seat...
