“The hotel charges five-star prices for what is, at best, a two-star experience. We paid nearly $900 for a two-night stay, and it was nowhere near worth the cost. While the waterfront location was beautiful, the property itself was so poorly maintained that it was impossible to enjoy the grounds. There were chairs overlooking the lake, but the weeds had grown so high that the view was completely obstructed. The lack of cleanliness was equally disappointing. “It is a basic room. The staff are helpful when you pointed things out such as the water bottle left in the room was open and used, the shower soap dispenser was empty etc. The staff were quick to fix the issues. All in all, it is what you would expect from the property. It may be the region but the value/$ is low. The room cost around $250/night”
