Baite a Regione Monadnock

“The decor is very cute, however we didn’t have hot water the first day and next morning. I messaged owner through vrbo but got no reply to the issue. They also asked that you don't use there face cloth & towel for makeup to use makeup wipes provided but there were not any. The faucets were dirty and there was a weird smell in the cabin. The location is convenient to areas we were visiting. ”

“Better than even thought it would be. Such a fun, cozy and comfy space. Includes dishes, glassware and plenty of towels. Highly recommend. Could use a few more coat hangers.”

“I had stayed in another unit before and loved it. This one wasn't as clean however, it has what you need, the property is nice and the process is smooth.”

“The cabin was very comfortable for the two of us for our two night stay. The area was quiet with minimal noise from the traffic. Heat/hot water was more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable. If the night table could be moved to the other side of the bed it probably would allow each person to get up without crawling over the another. A minor inconvenience for us was only having one washcloth for two people for our two night stay. Easy fix for us if we return to the area and are able stay...

“Great experience”

“Very welcoming and extremely helpful. Had a wonderful stay post ski day! Would definitely recommend and stay again. ”

“The family had a great time at Kathleen's house. It provided loads of space to both hang out in the kitchen/dining area at breakfast and when preparing meals and then in the evenings, relaxing on the super large sofas. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms. The fire-pit was a great spot however, with young children and the 'friendly' mosquitos in the summer season, we limited our time looking at the flames. The location met our needs very well and afforded a great...

“This place charmed me from the first minute. My only regret is that I don't have a dog yet, who would have had so much fun in the fenced-in wonderful yard! Just right for my solo trip, though I could have easily entertained a group on the deck. Lovely Vermont vibe!”

“We had such a great time! Those is a well taken care of, clean, cozy property. We would absolutely visit again!!”

“If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway to completely unwind, this property is absolute perfection. The entire home was spotlessly clean and immaculate from top to bottom, making us feel comfortable the moment we walked through the door. It feels completely secluded absolutely amazing views . We were even greeted by a thoughtful welcome basket filled with delicious local favorites, which was the perfect touch to start our trip. One of the biggest highlights for us was the incredible...

“Stay is very cozy and rustic. Be prepared for house to be cold when you show up. Host is very responsive and accommodating.”

“The cabin was lovely. Great location . Nicely equipped. ”

“Amazing place to stay. Cozy house with everything you need. Plenty of surrounding activities to do. We took the gondola to the top of Stratton Mountain and went hiking, enjoyed a local waterfall and swimming hole, and many restaurants within a short distance of the home. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for allowing my partner and I to create some special memories up in Vermont. The Guest Book was a nice little addition. I enjoyed reading through people’s stories of their stay.”

“Overall our group had a great time! I would definitely stay here again in the future.A couple things I would want to know as a guest:-the dish soap was empty, sponge was quite gross--we ended up buying our own-the pots were scraped up and seemingly dirty (maybe from metal utensils?) so we bought a cheap pot-low on toilet paper--we ran out the morning we leftTo be fair we didn't bother the host with these issues as they had simple solutions, and the host was very responsive”

“Beautiful location and place. Could have been a bit cleaner (windows, TV, shower curtain) and the hot tub worked well but definitely needed to be cleaner.”

“The house was beautiful. It was easy to find and the host gave very helpful directions for entering the driveway/property. It was the perfect size for my husband, 2 kids, and I plus we were very happy to find some a nice home that was dog friendly. We like to cook most meals at the house when we are away and this home had plenty of everything needed. The only furniture that might have been helpful was a coffee table, but we brough the little patio table inside and that worked perfectly. The...
