“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi. No night manager on duty. Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast. Long black hair in the bathroom. ”

“Had to move was no heat but rooms are very clean and updated ”

“This is a great hotel. The rate is good, the rooms are big, the bathroom is clean and works well. I will always stay here when I’m in Albuquerque if u can.”

“Room was nice and clean. However, there was no hot water in the shower. We told the clerk there and she said they would address the problem. Staff was courteous.”
