“The breakfast food was very good, the coffee very bitter and strong. The room was comfortable with a big shower. Regarding the cleaning, there was a long hair inside a towel.”

“The room was not clean. For a 4 star hotel, you expect it to be well kept. I stayed here with my 2 kids and my daughter kept coughing all night long for both nights we were there. So I decided to look more closely at the room because of that and there was layers upon layers of dust in every corner and there was BLACK MOLD in the shower in multiple places! That was the cause of my daughter coughing non stop every time we went into that room. My throat was bothered too. Not to mention there were a...
