“I love the small details! Friendly and attentive customer service. The wine and water and nespresso were nice touches in the room. I appreciate that the facility thought about people with disabilities. I loved the choice of bathroom essentials, it smelled so fresh, I wish there was a lid for the toilet seat and more decaf coffee and tea options in the room.”

“We stayed at The Maplewood House from October 27–29 for a family reunion and absolutely loved it. We were 5 adults and 2 children, and the house had more than enough space for everyone. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located within walking distance to Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. The beds were very comfortable, and the basement play area with games was a big hit with the kids. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!”
