“Prenoto camera per tre (2 adulti e 1 bambino) a febbraio per due giorni ad agosto con supplemento vista cascate lato canadese. La scelta (nemmeno economica per circa 320€ a notte esclusa colazione e parcheggio) ricade su questo hotel proprio per la vista cascate sul lato canadese. Arrivati sul posto scopriamo di essere stati dirottati sull’Hilton. Va bene l’upgrade, ma chiedo specificatamente di avere vista lato Canada. Diversamente non mi sta bene. Niente da fare. “After traveling for 6 hours we were told that the hotel was booked due to flooding in another part of Canada. We were moved to a different hotel. Hyatt Regency and our room was nice. The view was amazing!”

“Pool 9am to 9pm not useful at all and a shame that a beautiful thay size remains empty in the morning or night when people could train and get good active livinf done. Pool window opened to all who come in front desk as no privacy and this would have been of a immense concern for people outside pool area taking pictures. And just looking: very intimidating. “Everything about the hotel room was amazing, truly! The parking cost is wild though, which brings my star rating down. I decided to park at a local motel to save $. Hopefully they can review their parking costs to make this more affordable for their guests in the future. Also, do not go to the Starbucks in the hotel - their prices are much higher and they charge an additional tax. 2 drinks and 2 pastries was $39!”
