“I enjoyed another stay at the Victoria which is an ideal location for me when visiting London. My room was comfortable with a good shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and bottle of water were greatly appreciated. Looking forward to my next visit. ”

“Assegnata all'arrivo una camera di categoria inferiore a quella prenotata (e pagata). Abbiamo subito segnalato l'errore ma solo dopo due giorni a seguito di una nostra ulteriore richiesta di chiarimenti ci e' stata assegnata con molte scuse una camera del tipo richiesto (ma con wi fi non funzionante) e, a titolo di risarcimento, abbiamo avuto la colazione pagata per tre giorni. Buono il centro benessere in comune con l'hotel confinante. Comunque Richmond e' davvero molto bella.”

“Cozy and very well equipped apartment, in a quiet neighborhood 15/20 minutes walking from Westminster. The owner was very kind and cooperative, she was not in London but following her instruction everything worked perfectly. My advise to Jennifer: too many carpets, especially during the summer. They should be kept always in excellent conditions, otherwise the dust could cause problems to those like me suffer from allergies. This is the only reason why I give 4 stars, but it is definitely a nice...

“This flat is right on Piccadilly so there is plenty to do right outside and more a short walk away. The tube line is steps from the door. It can be noisy at night, but we knew that going in. It was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed our time there. The management was quick to respond when we had an electrical issue. We would stay here again.”
