Hotel a Riga

“We had our truck broken into right in front of a camera that they had on the side of the building. The staff member on duty who looked like he was lucky to be 16 did very little to help us. Didn’t even call the police for us we had to. And the manager couldn’t be bothered to come in so that the police could try to look at the surveillance footage, which most likely we’re gonna find out the cameras, don’t even work.”

“I can give 5 stars for cleanliness and value. But this is a 2 star property. Small rooms, no closets in the rooms (just hooks on the wall), limited breakfast, elevator not working, etc.”

“I booked online with Hotels.com When I got to the hotel I started unpacking my car and was met by a gentleman that asked me if I was checking in, He told me the hotel was all booked for the night. I was confused because he looked like a hotel guest who was just hanging outside for the evening since he had a case of beer and was wearing a sweat suit and slides. However he told me he was housekeeping. I explained that I had already paid and booked my room. We walked inside to get more...

“Upon arrival we were directed to a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Supposedly this is a non-smoking property. We were given another room but it was not a King as we had reserved. The entire property shows very visible signs of wear. We would not expect to return to this location in the future.”

“The light in the bathroom was both broken casting only a dark orange light. You could not see to shave or do makeup. Upon turning on the shower spray would be onto the floor owing to the fact that the shower head was not tightly attached to the pipe. We immediately advise the front desk of the light issue and the leak. They advised that no repair could be made until the next day. The next morning the person at the front desk was unaware of our complaint and filed a new complaint on our behalf...

“Felt new. Quiet. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Close enough to the airport. I would stay again.”

“The refrigerator did not work in my room. However, I was offered another room, but I was checking out the next day, and I had already removed the spoiled food. I also thought the coffee was very weak each morning. My last stay there, a couple of months ago, you had a selection of coffee to choose from, on this stay it was only one choice of coffee which was very weak each morning.”

“I went for my husband birthday we looking for outdoor pool hotel . I call them before do the reservation to ask if the pool is on service that they said yes and when I get there they have the pool close . I make a reservation only because they have outdoor pool and I can’t enyou it .”
