“The property was clean and neat. It was quiet for a good nights sleep. The bedding was great! I slept well after a long day’s drive. My only negative was the TV remote. Couldn’t get it to work, went to the desk and was explained to about the remote. Still couldn’t get it to work. No problem. Went to sleep! Maybe next visit!”

“I’m giving this 4-stars overall but it was actually great for its price. I can see all the works that is being done here and I believe this hotel is going to get to that level. We got 2 queen-sized beds and they were amazing! The only thing I can complain in our room is that the shower/tub was peeling but again, I knew that things are being repaired and updated here so all the best to the company.”

“Rooms definitely need some up keep. Bathroom tiles loose and not very clean. Roomed smelled musty but if you kept the ac fan blowing it helped. Beds not comfy but we just stayed one night so it was ok. You definitely get what you pay for.”

“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

“Had a wonderful stay for a great price. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The only issues were a lukewarm at best shower and the fan in the bathroom was really loud. But for the money it was wonderful. The staff were very friendly as well.”
