“This is my second time staying at Voco the Clair, and I'll definitely be back. The location is great, front desk staff is wonderful, and it's both clean and quiet. The only downside is the parking garage is a little difficult to get into if using GPS, especially when it's busier with street traffic. ”

“The only complaint I have is we came down from the casino to grab our bags at 1055 and we were already locked out the room. The checkout time is 1100. It was easy for her to reset it but that was annoying!!”

“I had a wonderful time. The only thing was the parking was quite a hike. The security on the doors made me feel extra safe but not being able to access the building at the side entrance made the hike much more frustrating. ”

Rooms clean and well equipped! Brand new and very spacious. Valet always available! The service was amazing.
If I'll be back in Cincinnati, I will for sure book again this place.

"The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. "
