“This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. “I stayed here for one night and it was a terrible experience. There were a lot of bugs and cockroaches in my room, especially all over the kitchen area. It was very uncomfortable and unsanitary. Definitely an awful stay, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. “I was well pleased with the outside lighting in parking lot, front desk people were friendly and very helpful to get me checked in, the room was clean and very well furnished with towels and toiletries. I felt safe and secure.”

Dust and cobwebs collecting in the corners of the room. Our sheets had a hole in them. Most of the towels we received either had hair stuck in them (gross!) or were threadbare and tattered. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the horrible accommodations! ”
