“Staff is amazing, hotel is super clean. Love it!”

“Machines is breakfast area we’re not working. Vending machines did not working. Cleaning staff left used towels in room and did not replenish soap in room. Tried going to front desk and could not get a response. Individuals drinking in parking lot and playing loud music until early hours!”

“This is a factual report, and not an emotional one. The manager is a kind, helpful person, but is the sole operator. I was in a room, which when I walked in was clean-looking. There was a light on, I had food in my hand, so I didn't bother to turn on any others. I sat on the bed to eat as there was no chair in the room. “I reserved a room with a King bed and they ended up giving me a room with 2 small beds. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well. Just wish I would have gotten what I paid for is all.”

“Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. “Staff was rude”

“Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. ”
