“I was treated rude by a couple of bartenders. They made me pay for a beverage even after I told them that no one was taking orders and I had to stop playing and order myself a beverage that I paid$12.00 dollars for.”

“Great customer service. Check in was easy and efficient. Wonderful communication. Rooms clean and nice and had everything you would need. No AC, but it's not always as hot as it's been. Opened windows and room had fans. Would stay here again and also recommend for families, couples. Anyone. Good location. ”

“A great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown Manitou Springs or to the starting line for the Pike's Peak Ascent or Pike's Peak Marathon. Good on site laundry and ice machine. Nice breakfast room for meeting people. Pretty good breakfast, too. Phil”

“Room was very nice. Casino was an older casino. Dining was limited, and hours were limited. Price was reasonable but probably not stay there again. There are some nicer casinos in the area that have more for less.”

“Overall the hotel is very nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was how steep the stairs was to the bedroom. It was a little scary walking down, my daughter fell twice. Thank goodness it wasn’t serious. Other than the steep stairs, it would have been a perfect stay ”
