“Room was very clean! Comfortable King sized bed! Extra pillows and blankets in room. Large bathroom with shamoo/conditioner/ soap provided. Big fluffy towels. Friendly owner and waitress Breakfast was fresh croissants and oatmeal muffins. Homemade jam. Plate of fresh fruits.OJ, coffee and a crustless quiche with ham and cheese! Delicious!”

“Good things: Clean room, smell nice, staff is ok. Breakfast was extremely poor and lack of options. No hot breakfasts, just bagels. Overall thank you guys ! ”

“Very quick to respond to inquiries. Well stocked fridge and pantry for self serve continental breakfast in main floor and mini fridge in bedroom. Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. ”

“Hotel served its purpose but is a little tired. Breakfast is okay as a grab and go, could do with adding some Oats maybe and some less sugary cereal. ”

“My sister and I had a great few days' stay here - we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and our room was ready a bit before standard check-in time, which was a nice surprise. The room was nice and decently appointed. We weren't spending much time in the room so it wasn't too important to us. Bar Mason was convenient - and the food was tasty too! Service at the bar was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Guelph.”

“Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand. ”
