“The host was fine, the room was great. My only issue was with the person who answered the phone whenI called about the checkin process. The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado.
