Only issue with staying in Alta area is lack of restaurant choices which are all way overpriced for the food. Garage size is a concern if you are not able to secure midsize rental at SLC. I’d recommend this rental. ”

“Overall, a sweet duplex with a fun little backyard green space with fire pit. Good kitchen for small meal prep. Great mattress and bedding. Updating the carpet in the living room would bring it up a notch. Owner is attentive and helpful. Thank you.”
