“This is a budget hotel so I kept my expectations low. It's easy to find and even though it's right off the interstate, it's not very noisy. That's probably because the in-room old style AC unit is making a fairly loud hum, and it runs continuously because this is Texas summer. The room is mostly clean except for a medium size spider in the wash area outside the bathroom. There are cobwebs too which means those corners have not been cleaned for at least a week. “The room I had stayed in for one night had a foul odor. The air conditioning unit was blowing out a smell of mildew. This caused me to have a restless night and I made sure to report to the front desk. Bad odors make me very uneasy and uncomfortable.”

I own my own home I wouldn't have booked the location to let them have a night out if I would have known we would be sharing the house with multiple seperate guest.”

“Free parking. Free breakfast. Very clean property. Beautiful rooms. Galleria branch is horrible. Gia Donna’s able to experience Katy mills hotel.”

“The room had several issues. Door to the bathroom was stuck, a slow shower drain, poor shower water pressure, carpet was not vacuumed well, and stains and hair on towels. Maintenance never came to address the issues, so we were moved to another room which was a little better, this time no carpet, but uneven warped flooring instead. There was also a mildewy smell coming from the ac unit. This place could use better maintenance mgmt.”
