“Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good other than the turkey sausage being cold. This hotel is a great location, this is our usual go to spot to stay when in Austin. The only I noticed is that most of the lights in the parking lot were out, so it was a bit dark in the parking lot. ”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
