“Hotel isn’t as nice and clean as in the pictures. It was updated but maybe 10 years ago. The door to the room was very basic and let the noises in at night.We were disappointed. Rust stains in the bathroom. Check the fridge settings before putting your food in. Our food and drinks froze. Breakfast was ok. ”

“One of the worst hotels we've stayed at. Had problems checking in, staff could not find my reservation, waited for an hour until we checked in after a 4hr trip @3am.
Room and elevators were very hot, drawers had stains and crumbs.
Shower curtain STANK.
Water pressure;not great.
Bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, staff said they would send someone to check it out, they never did.
Staff offered to move us to another room (nextdoor) when we went to check it out the conditions of the...
