“When I checked into the hotel, they told me a hold deposit is required for incidental and it would be refunded within a few days. I didn't get the refund after 4 days and was also charged another deposit. Both charges were already posted to my credit card account within 2 days of my stay instead of in pending status. “My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Des Moines Airport. The facility and our room was clean. The staff was friendly throughout our stay and a shuttle was provided to and from the airport which made it even more convenient. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Iowa.”
