“Jarod was very helpful and friendly. Amazing location. Within 1/2 mi several restaurants as well as 2 grocery stores. Very safe area as well as friendly folk. So close to Greenville concert hall. Definitely will stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western very much. The staff were very nice and the breakfasts were quite tasty. I think our only criticism would be regarding the showers. They need to have to be someting between the shower door and transom to stop the water from flooding the shower area. We had to use several towels to mop up the water after ever shower. This is a comment for Expedia. I have a service dog and when we schedule a stay at a motel I would like to let them know I will have him...

“The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared.”

“The property is not impressive, and my daughter had to change rooms due to the smoke smell and a few of them… The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was near everything… Just remember before booking you get exactly what you pay for… The pictures don’t always give a clear idea of what your reserving”

“I had a bad check in experience. I had to call on a phone several times to get a person to the desk and she was not kind. Then the smoke alarm went off 3 x starting at midnight and it was very loud. I then called ext. 500 and no answer called again on the 2nd alarm I called many times to ext. 500 and a woman answered and she said she would note this and she was sorry they have no person at the desk and only someone in a room that acts as a mgr. if anyone needs something but she would let them...

“We were in town for a family wedding. The hotel was perfect. We had a suite for the 4 of us, and we had plenty of room to get ready for the wedding. Happy hour was nice as well.”
