“We stayed in an oceanfront suite with a large balcony and a large deck at the front door. We were able to observe both the sunrise and the sunset. We had an ADA accommodation which was well thoiught of and well designed. Bed was very comfortable. Hosts are very nice and friendly people.”

“Breakfast was absolute garbage. Everything stale and had been sitting out for days (bread, bagels, etc). Pan cake machine broken, no fruits, no variety. Ew disgusting”

“The sheets were not clean, there was hair from previous guests. The shower held about an inch if water in it while using.”

“I had forget my debit card after an extremely stressful roadtrip. I freaked out when staff advised me they needed a card on file for the deposit. I think the staff member saw I was stressed and exhausted- she reassured me everything was okay and waived the fee provided by I promised I wouldn’t smoke in the room (not a smoker anyways). Then she upgraded us to a king suite for the same price just because they were “slow”. I’m going to be coming to bay city quite a bit in the coming months; and...

“I wanted to specifically recognize Albert at the front desk for being so welcoming and helpful during my stay. He was patient, kind, and always had a friendly attitude. Small interactions like that can completely change the experience of a trip, and he really made me feel taken care of. The hotel is lucky to have him.”
