It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. “We got to the hotel at 8pm and found out upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our stay was canceled. The hotel never communicated this to Expedia, whom I booked through.
