“The room was clean. The gentleman at the front was very friendly. Only downside was literally waiting 30 minutes to take a shower because that’s how long it took for the hot water. ”

“Look, if you're just looking for a place to crash/sleep when visiting Williamsburg and aren't too picky, or a "Karen", this place will suffice. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere. The property overall does not match the outside façade or lobby. The room was typical hotel "meh"...nothing exceptionally good OR bad about it. The "Continental" breakfast ended up just being orange juice and coffee. But the only real, legitimate complaints I can offer are that the pool water desperately...

“Very disappointed that there was not free coffee in lobby.They had a Starbucks machine which was amazing, but at some point they ran out of milk. I stayed for 7 nights. I had multiple issues with my stay mostly with housekeeping not cleaning my room on my first and second nights. My room was also very dark. Several lamps did not work or did not light sufficiently. There were ants and hair in my shower when I checked in where it remained for 3 days before I finally removed it. I was compensated...

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“Room was clean but did not have a trash can other then bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable, shower pressure not great. Hot tub in the pool room was broken. 2 different days we went to pool and there were no towels. For the hotel we honestly expected more. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. ”
