“Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.”

“No muss; no fuss. Clean motel rooms on a tidy property with a pretty little pool. The owner and staff were positively wonderful – helpful, kind, friendly. I will definitely go back!”

“The outside of the building needs some TLC, but the inside of the room was updated, clean and cool. The bathroom had beautiful tile and the bed was very comfortable. The gentleman at check in was incredibly kind and I felt welcomed! I will definitely stay here again should I return to Stratford for more shows. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay”

“They almost gave us keys to an occupied room because of the same last name. The room was big and spacious, but I needed to duck in the shower. Parking was easy. Lots of nearby food options. ”

“I was at this Inn for one night only and I will certainly be going back! Very clear instructions to self check-in. Felt safe and connected to the downtown. The room had everything I could need and I really enjoyed the extra step that was taken in these rooms. Reading lights above the bed, makeup removing towels, umbrellas in case it rained. Just so well thought out, I was sad to leave.”

“This is a beautiful property in an excellent and convenient location. Booking was easy through Expedia. The check-in window is very limited, however checkout is simple and informal. The building is charming and spacious and the rooms are charmingly furnished. While the overall impression is very neat, the property needs a deep clean of areas like common carpets, and in some nooks and crannies such as our sink drain and bathroom window curtains. “I am hesitant to give Bentley's Inn an amazing review. It is a little gem that was simply amazing and if this secret gets out, they may be fully booked next time I want to stay there. Parking was great. Great boutique hotel. They had a cover band downstairs in the bar and we could barely hear them. They way they repurposed this building into a boutique hotel was amazing.”
