“Sven and John were great hosts! Very kind and sweet! Provided us with some extra perks and little complimentary drinks very polite and opened communication. The unique experience of staying in the place that just whispers antique and history! Very beautiful place! I absolutely loved the bath!! so awesome! It was very pleasant trip and communication for me personally as I have learned that these guys were helping Ukrainian refugees (ps I am Ukrainian) in Germany in their other rental properties!...

“My daughter and I had an amazing stay. The place is simply lovely from the outside in. Spacious, clean, quiet. Loved the porch after a long hike all day and slept wonderful in the cozy bed. Two days wasn't long enough for us. Walking distance to everything. Enjoy this excellent VRBO!”

“The house was very clean upon arrival. A code was sent earlier in the day so entry was easy. Everything we needed was available. They also included coffee, creamer, water, snacks and lots of ice. They responded quickly to a question I had at the end our trip. You can hear just about everything between floors and even from the other side of the duplex.”

“Pen Yan is a small town with a couple of shops and a few more restaurants. Lots of them were closed in the beginning of the week and also closed early (8pm). It was nice to have this to walk to! People very friendly. The Loft was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Is above a Plant store now that is new! Bathroom is small but fine if you know that going in. Lots of stairs going up to the unit.”

“We couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath accommodations were perfect for 4 adults. We were in love with the place from the moment we opened the door. Just beautiful! Loved the location, central to everything we needed from shopping the quaint little shops and fabulous restaurants. I wanted to live there!”
