“Excellent stay at this little peice of paradise!! The Keuka outlet trail is breathtaking and at the edge of the property. We were able to ride our bikes the entire distance. The cabin is exactly as advertised, clean and equipped. The air conditioning was a life saver with the heat and humidity we encountered. We felt secluded yet close to nearby Penn Yann with the cutest shops. We will definitely return!! ”

“This house was amazing. Very private and everything listed was spot on accurate. The hosts were very easy to communicate with which we didn't really need to as everything was great. Loved the property with the fire pit and walking trails. Only suggestions I have would be to add a mattress topper on downstairs bedroom bed for added support and the shower head in bathroom was extremely low flow making showering longer due to the extra time needed to rinse off as water pressure was so low which...

“This was an amazing “home” base for our finger lakes vacation! The home was super clean and we loved how it was set way off the road. We enjoyed dinners on the deck and hammocking in the back! There are amazing hikes within 40 minutes of the home including our favorites: Watkins Glen and Buttermilk Falls. Oh…and the fireflies at night were magical! We definitely would stay here again if we ever return to the area! Thanks for a fabulous stay!”

“This property was the best way to getaway and reconnect with my partner. The cabin was clean and unique. The romantic cabin was set a little bit further from the other two on the property and right in from of the adorable pond. The owner was incredibly sweet and made himself available for anything we needed. Everything was clean and well planned out. I’m so grateful to have found this place and will certainly look into coming back again. ”

“Exciting and comfortable stay with a great, naturally-clean pond for swimming. Just a few minute drive to Watkins Glenn and remote enough to relax without any noises. Furnishings were all new or like new condition. ”

“This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores! The screened in porch was delightful both early morning and evening.Proximity to Geneva, Seneca park and wineries is great. Mike left a personal note for us with recommendations for eating and sightseeing. A very nice touch! Great place for weekend...

“We just needed a place without light pollution near Lincoln hill farm, so we could go to a concert, then lay in the grass and see some meteors. Pretty great.”

“It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. ”
