“What a wonderful stay! It was an impromptu overnight to the Berkshires and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. Our room was beautiful and clean, with a lovely view of the pond area out back from the balcony. Great bathroom and shower, very clean. Breakfast was yummy with a nice selection. The pools and hot tub were the BEST part. I absolutely will be back because one night was certainly not enough.”

“Location. Location. Location. Perfect for our quick trip to the Berkshire’s for bicycling on the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail and Brandi Carlisle at Tanglewood Only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade tabletop lighting fixtures to include USB outlets”

“I called to check that it was alright if I arrived after 10:30 PM. I was told no problem. When I arrived the front door was locked, no one answered the buzzer. When I called, I was told that someone would be right there. 7 or 8 minutes later, I called again and asked how long it would be. Should I wait in my car or at the front door. He refused to answer me and just said he would be right there. 5 or 6 minutes later he showed up. A total of 15 minutes I was waiting in an unlit parking lot. I...
