“The location was convenient to so much of what makes the Berkshires special. We were minutes from Tanglewood, under an hour to Bash Bish Falls & MASS MOCA amongst other places to visit. The staff was efficient and very friendly. Our ice maker wasn't working & maintenance came within minutes to replace it. The units were spacious and clean but dated with some worn out features. Some of the soft goods could use replacing (pillows), upholstery on couches was torn in places and paint was peeling on...

“The room we had was spacious, and there are nice outdoor sitting areas. Breakfast is placed in your refrigerator and in a basket the day before. If you are hoping for a charming Berkshire bed and breakfast with a cooked breakfast and interaction with your host, you will be disappointed. If you are satisfied with an unusually nice motel, you will be very happy."”

“The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still...

“I usually stay here and yes staff are nice and rooms are decent but I’ve seen a decline in amenities. Maybe the expense of things - bathrobe in room, water and snacks were what I was used to seeing .in the room.”
