“The cottage layout was the perfect match for us. The cottage is a bit older and is showing its age. There are some cracked tiles and settling cracks in the walls but none of that is a deal breaker. The layout is perfect for a family of four. My kids shared the one bedroom with the two beds, it was perfect. Kitchen is nicely appointed with plently of pots,pans,dishes,silerware ect. Plenty of towels and such. The outside is the real treasure. We fished everday over our 7 days and caught 13...

“Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house...

““Absolutely loved my stay at this cute Florida house in Sarasota! The host was lovely, kind, and so accommodating — made everything easy and stress-free. “The house was amazing! It had everything we needed, even a big pot to boil crab legs!! Close to every store imagine and also to all kinds of beaches. The house had all beach supplies needed for adults and children, but the chairs are a little worn out. Plenty of towels, household items, and linens. There was 8 of us where our two little ones slept on the couches. The pool is so nice. Didnt go to the lake, but enjoyed the veiw.”

"La camera era abbastanza comoda per noi tre. È fornita di tv, frigorifero, microonde, macchina per il caffè, ferro da sturo. Buono il segnale wifi. Buona la colazione, forse la migliore per ora durante il nostro tour del sud-est degli USA Purtroppo hanno l'abitudine di risistemare la stanza solo a giorni alterni quindi, noi che suamo stati due notti, al eientro in camera abbiamo trovato i letti disfatti, la stanza non pulita e sopratutto gli stessi asciugamani. Gli albergatori devo rendersi conto che in un bagno privo di finestre gli asciugamani non si asciugano, rimangono umidi!"
