Shower not functioning properly. Coffee at reception area cold. Not a pleasant stay. Have stayed in various Marriott locations and members also but this was the worst experience.”

“Lack of housekeeping staff and a busy weekend at the hotel meant we didn’t get anyone to clean our room for two of the days. We had to chase down our towels twice because they would take but not replace linens. Furniture was thread bare and ripped. No room service / lacking. Washrooms by the pool/gym were not clean and needed repairs. Old hotel in need of upkeep.”
