“Our family needed a weekend getaway that wasn't too far from our home but had the amenities we wanted - like a pool and a fire pit and nice views!We arrived to a cozy and clean 3 bedroom cabin. We had a week-long heat wave and the cabin's split AC unit seemed to work well under those circumstances. “Comfortable and right at the C&O trail, so easy to take lovely walks. The house is clean, the kitchen and dining spaces more than adequate, multiple common areas are nice, as are bedrooms. Minor issue in that it seems the visitors before us made the remote for the downstairs tv disappear. Connection via phone, text etc can be spotty unless you're on the houses wifi, which worked well.”

“The A Frame Mountain Retreat was an excellent choice for our girls trip! The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and true to the photos. We enjoyed the hot tub and cute firepit area immensely There were some ants, which is to be expected in the middle of the woods, but keeping all of our food in sealed containers or the fridge helped. Kim, the host, was informative and prompt to respond. I felt well prepared prior to arrival. The location was nice. You really feel like you’re secluded in the woods....
