Inn a Shenandoah

“The room was very comfortable except for the pillows. They were not comfortable. Everything else was good.”

“The hotel had a helpful and friendly staff. I didn’t use the fitness center, but I found the laundry room to be very convenient.”

“Very nice place.”

“The shower was cold. I told the person in the front. And he said I have to let it warm up for 15 mins. I will not stay again.”

“Room was spacious and clean, great with my dog. Breakfast was continental, with waffles or toast, cereal, or yogurt. We were in an outside room for convenience to take dog outside, but there was hardly any grass on that end of the hotel for her to 'go'. The grassy area was on the other end of the hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating.”

“Good location. Easy to find.”

“They gave away our room before we arrived. Put us in a room with one bed that was unmade and used. Changed us to another room not serviceable told us it was fixed. No hot water for shower. Waited till checkout for hot water. Had to leave without showers. Front desk staff did not care.”

“The room smelled of sewer gas. When I complained, staff came into my room to inspect, took towels out of the bathroom and didn’t leave replacements. The smell remained. The a/c sounded like it was on its last legs. Mold and swollen wood surrounded the shower. Hair and beard trimmings were in the sink upon arrival. Bathroom fan ran constantly and was loud.”
