“The pool was closed and we were charged an amenity fee for the pool and gym, but we couldn’t use the pool so why the fee? The room did not have a blackout curtain so we had to get a different room, then our keys didn’t work and we had to be let into the room and we were told our keys would work in an hour, possibly, so we couldn't leave the room or we may not have gotten back in, avoid for now and let them fix everything first. ”

“Breakfast was great! Special thank you to the woman over the breakfast. She is amazing and gave such great service. She deserves a promotion! ”

“The place was a lower than a homeless shelter. They did not honor my reservation. I had to find another hotel that cost me $270.00. I am very pissed off right now”

“I was very happy with my stay. Cleanliness was actually not bad anywhere we went, only disappointment would be the breakfast buffet. Was actually looking forward to the breakfast and it wasnt nothing like reviews have previously mentioned about there breakfast. Even heard some other guest who must stay there more frequent than most and they was complainining how they had no yogurt like usual and other food items they typically had.”

“Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. ”

“The staff was extremely helpful and our comfort there was a top priority. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!”

“Yes. The food was on the second rounds. New at yhe time I arrived at the breakfast bar.”

“Room was very clean, but could use some repair (ripped curtains, large scratches on the door, etc.) Breakfast was nice. Customer service could use some work, took 40+ minutes to get a hair dryer that was not included in the room. Lots of running and yelling in the halls at all hours of the night. ”
