“Even tho this hotel was being renovated, that's no excuse for the condition of my room - an unhealthy, horrible mess. My room's "new" lvm flooring was covered with debris. It had not been vacuumed. The worst of it was the BED BUGS AND LICE in the bedding and all over the mattress fabric. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car instead! It's not worth it.”

“The location was convenient and the shuttle from BDL was relatively easy. Rooms were a bit rundown but adequate. The property overall needs a makeover. Breakfast was not good - nothing special and the lobby had several annoying signs dictating that guests could not take food to their rooms.”

“In case you don’t see it in the “fine print” their pool is closed from April till November! When I mentioned that didn’t make sense because those are the warmer months I received no response. Once I complained to an Expedia virtual agent, the photos of the outdoor pool were removed. I only booked this hotel because of the photo of the pool and once we found out there was no pool it sent my 5 year old into hysterics. “Absolutely disgusting. Non smoking room that stank of cigarettes. Not clean and the floor was disgusting. When asked for cleaning supplies I was given a box of tissues and wash cloths. Never again will I stay there. I ended up checking out at 5:30am because I couldn’t handle the stench”

“The outside of the hotel was disgusting. The inside wasn't cleaned well, and I didn't see any staff working on keeping it clean. The pool and the actual rooms weren't too bad. I asked for extra blankets, and they brought me to a room to get them myself and bring them up. I also asked for extra towels and the person that was working said they didn't have any and offered me a box of tissues. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.”
