“Camera non pulita nei dettagli, hanno lasciato ventilatore per ozono per togliere odori lasciati dal precedente cliente. Forse essendo una struttura che dà affitta le camere anche per periodi di 30 giorni, le camere vengono lasciate in condizioni di forte utilizzo e sporcizia.”

“The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom could use a little work.”

“Everything was beautiful; there was two hiccups 2/3 elevators lost service and the microwave as requested wasn’t in room. Eventually the elevators came back up and the microwave was delivered to the room. Karen sweet lady met us while we were checking in, she was so personal engaged in conversation. Although the conversation was brief it was nice to see someone enjoying their job.”

“Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”
