Property manager will not turn on the hot tub which is controlled remotely. The water was freezing. She offered to refund my money and said that it is stated in the advertising. “Overall, this day wasn’t all as we planned. First week we got there we noticed some issues pots and pans cheap AC unit needed fixing and the host was very unprofessional. I had a chance to speak to her beforehand. She seemed nice but with issues that arise while staying there she made us feel uncomfortable. To submit up we got a compensation for the issues that were at hand. Owner very nice and pleasant. I do not recommend it until there is some more remodeling as seen in the pictures. ”
