“Clean Rooms and friendly Staff”

“Very clean room,staff was professional and courteous.Parking was easy.All in all a great stay.”

“Stayed just for a few hours. Couldn't get the TV to work, plus the other people in the rooms next to me had kids running up and down the stairs and being loud in the hallways. The bed was a vast improvement from last time. It was worth it for a few hours stay and and a good nap. I will return in the future.”

“Breakfast was hot fresh and extensive...many choices! Hot tub was perfect temp and pool was clean. This property was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptional!”

“Room was clean. Breakfast was as expected.”

“Indoor pool was freezing. The“buffet breakfast” was a brown bag with granola bar, apple, and water. Ice machine leaked water in the hall. Stains on bedding and shower curtain. Mold in shower. Lots of trash outside the sliding glass doors. The place has people living in the hotel. Looks so run down on the outside with no signage, I didn’t know it was a functioning hotel. I immediately wanted to leave.”

“It’s was clean only thing I didn’t like was the kids screaming and running in the hallway at 7am but not the hotels fault.”

“It wasn’t how it looked on the picture and the rooms wasn’t cleaned and they have bed bugs and there was stains on the sheets. The staff was rude and the internet kept going out”

“Ac didn't work 80% of the time and stayed hot when the temp was set to the lowest”

“The cable had been disconnected at the property throughout my entire stay. No notice had been provided on this issue, no accommodations were made, and i would have made other plans had i known the tv was essentially useless.”

“It was a comfortable large room. Not happy that they took away the hot tub which is the reason why I chose this hotel. I would have stayed elsewhere for less money.”

“The hotel was undergoing a major PIP. It’s always challenging for a hotel that’s tired and trying hard to hang onto their flag to pull off construction without disrupting guests. It was inconsequential to us, as we were here for one night, but it would’ve been nice if the construction was disclosed prior to booking. Overall, this hotel when finished, will be fine, but it’s a bit remote from downtown with a rather ominous walk over the river to get to the center of the city. We thought we...
