“It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...

“Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. ”

“Very friendly staff. Lovely comfortable clean room. Great cocktails in the bar and fantastic food at Browns restaurant in the hotel. Location couldn't be better so all in all a fab place to stay in Cardiff city centre. We are planning to return.”

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...

“excellent hotel, old but charming for that reason, super location, in front of the castle and many restaurants, pubs and shops. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast is excellent, staff helpful and efficient. We tried dining at their restaurant and everything was amazing ”

“La Struttura e un po datata ma funzionante e funzionale, le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutto cio che serve, la mia non aveva il frigorifero e l'armadietto era piuttosto piccolo. Molto vicino a Cardiff Bay area, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. La colazione e varia e ricca (15 pounds ad adulto). ”

De kamer was uitstekend, ook schoon en netjes, niet gehorig. Het hotel is gemakkelijk te bereizen van/naar het centrum (met de bus). Personeel is vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!”

“Way better than expected. Room layout was amazing - there was a family - so L shaped room which gave some division. Hotel is a tad need of some renovations - but for price and facilities - it was perfect. Very comfy beds, clean rooms and a bar opened when we were there. Staff friendly ”
