“Loved: Value and quiet setting. Comfy beds and hot, relaxing showers. Helpful staff and good breakfast options. Tolerated: Freezing pool. No hot tub. Key needed reprogrammed. No sitting area in room as expected due to pictures on property listing.”

“3 people in the room, Given 2 bath towels and told that was all they had. One family member had to dry with hand towels. Breakfast was ok but not restocked and again "ran out" of basics like yogurt. Hotel is near apartment building that can be loud at times. It was close to places we wanted to visit.”

“This was an unusually poor hotel. It started with the front desk staff that couldn't have been more unwelcoming. We aren't particular about having room service clean the room, but the desk said they would. They didn't. Different desk staff said they would after three nights. They didn't. Finally, after four nights they cleaned the room. On each of the previous nights, I would have to talk to the unwelcoming front desk and respectfully ask for fresh towels and more coffee.
