“Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Since there was a sign on the bathroom mirror indicating it would be cleaned every other day we were surprised when it wasn't done. We asked why it wasn't clean and were told we needed to request that service. After pushing the issue, we were then told that we had a do not disturb sign on our door which wasn't true. ”

“WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER IN 20 YEARS of renting VRBO properties. I have never had to write a review like this.This property is non-compliant with basic VRBO policies, like providing a safe home with locks on all doors. It is out right negligent when it comes to safety. Two main downstairs doors in the kitchen did not have locks. One French door you could just push open, not to mention the cold air that came through the hole in the door. The whole reason I booked this home was for my 4...

“This house was so well equipped! There was not a single amenity overlooked! Plush towels, plenty of blankets and pillows, coffee supplies, spices and seasonings, paper products, games, books, you name it! The decor was so much fun. It slept 4 comfortably and could have accomodated 2 more on the couches. Great location not far from UNR.”

“The location was great and close to where we wanted to be. The house was cute and updated, the bedroom however has 2 windows above the bed that don’t have curtains or blinds so sleeping in was a no go. Went to check in at 4:30 and it was still being cleaned. Once we got in went to take a nap before heading out for the evening and the sheets were damp and not dry all the way which was super frustrating. ”

“The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.”
