“This is the cutest house! The neighborhood was charming and felt very safe. The location was perfect for our stay and the activities we had planned. We arrived in Reno during a heavy snowstorm and the host was great about shoveling the driveway and making us comfortable. Would stay here again. ”

“The property listed a pool, but did not list that it was a seasonal pool. Unfortunately, we did not know that until we went to the pool and it was locked. The host was prompt with their replies.”

“The sliding barn door on the bathroom was not sliding so well, but it’s nothing that discouraged our stay. The location was on point for us!”

“Me and my son came for the weekend for a memorial basketball tournament. Upon our arrival, our room had already been paid for prior to check-in. However, once we entered the room, I immediately noticed stains on and around the toilet, stains on the bed sheets before we even laid down, and marks on the bathroom door. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, especially considering the amount of money paid for this stay. I contacted customer service regarding these concerns and was told that I...

“The hotel had a beautiful room and clean bathroom. The furniture look good and resent. The dining area was more snack bar than a real restaurant. This was why I didn’t give a perfect score.”

“The location was great and close to where we wanted to be. The house was cute and updated, the bedroom however has 2 windows above the bed that don’t have curtains or blinds so sleeping in was a no go. Went to check in at 4:30 and it was still being cleaned. Once we got in went to take a nap before heading out for the evening and the sheets were damp and not dry all the way which was super frustrating. ”
