“I "specifically" requested receipt to be emailed but I never received. Today I had to submit my expenses and wasted so much time in calling them and following up. Such a waste of time. I travel almost every month so I really do not have time for such wastage of time as it all adds up... just NO NO for me!”

“The property has been remodeled and is very nice. The down fall was the noice level as our room over looked the pool. That weekend there was a rave lasted until 230am could not even watch a movie as the sound was so loud the bed was vibrating”
