“I was very disappointed. Expedia rating was good but the hotel is old..fixtures were old and scratched up..carpet was old...I would definitely not rate as excellent.”

After ten minutes of waiting and three additional groups showing up to check-in, I called the number. They were shocked by the call and also could not locate anyone on property to help. Someone finally came and was robotic, no hospitality, not apologetic. This was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT for a Hilton property.
