“The parking and check in instructions were not very clear whatsoever, but DO NOT expect to get anyone on the phone to tell you where to park or even where your room is. Once you do get someone on the phone, they aren’t able to tell you anything about the property or where you are supposed to park. “The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. ”
